In the Sewers, before climing the ladder that leads to the Battery Pack, go forward on the dead end, it's behind the bars.Īfter using the Battery Pack for the last time and leaving the Sewers, a set of stairs will be in front. Inside the Toy Uncle store, it's where all the small Mega Man toys are. In the room with the Item Box/Typewriter before the Drain Deimos area, it's on the far left of the room, on top of the bookshelf.
